This turnaround in legislation unfortunately resulted in a worrying proliferation of various non-medical establishments and practitioners who offer a poor-quality version of these services, frequently enticing clients with a promise of a reduced price.
The unfortunate outcome of this is that anyone can purchase various cheap, low-quality materials and equipment and treat themselves or any client at any premises, with little or no training, expertise or safety concerns.
